WHERE TO LOCATE YOUR OFFICES

Downtown Delaware

The American Planning Association named Downtown Delaware as one of the 13 great neighborhoods in the United States. This is not your average small town downtown.

It offers the Short North amenities for very affordable lease rates. The renovated office spaces and walkable downtown with 35 restaurants, microbreweries, bars, coffee shops, wineries and bakeries offer exactly what young white collar workers are looking for.

The photos and links to the left show examples of downtown work space options! Contact us if you want to discuss moving your creative services, business services, tech or other business here.

More about Downtown Delaware

US23 Corridor

The US23 Corridor is a direct link between Columbus, Worthington, Polaris, Lewis Center and Delaware. For companies looking for high visibility, this is the perfect area. The 3769 Columbus-Pike building below is an example of a modern near class A office building that is close to excellent high-end housing options, restaurants, etc.

The US23 Corridor also has pad ready sites with incentives available to construct a build-to-suit office building that would meet the needs of your company. The Coughlin's Crossing mixed-use development has many pad ready parcels that would allow for walking convenience to apartments, houses, retail and restaurants.

Sawmill Parkway Business Corridor

Completed in late 2015, the Sawmill Parkway extension provides immediate access to Powell, Dublin and Columbus. This developable land is only 12 miles from I270 and has access to Enlite Fiber Optics. The City of Delaware also negotiates incentives for high ROI projects in this area.

This is a great area for R&D and Specialty Aftermarket Automotive related businesses that want quick access to an airport with a 5,800 ft. runway that allows for private and regional jet service.

The Riverfront District

Similar to Columbus' Franklinton, the Riverfront District is a redevelopment area with riverfront parcels. It is walkable to our vibrant Downtown Delaware as well.

We are working with developers to build mixed-use projects that will allow for offices, retail, restaurants and apartments. These will fit in with small starter homes and some historic building such as the rail depot and the Food Truck Depot.
