This training is designed for individuals interested in writing a viable strategic or business plan. The webinar/seminar discusses key components of developing a viable plan. Topic matter includes: Executive Summary, Business Environment, Marketing Strategy, Operations and Organizational Design and Implementation , Financial Strategy, Exit Strategy, Purpose of Plan, Organizational and Market Objectives, Competitive Comparison, Financial Management, Customer Profile, Potential Litigation, Legal Structure, Suppliers, Marketing Strategy, Operational Infrastructure Design, Market Analysis, Recordkeeping, Tools to Forecast Business Needs, Cash Management, Start-Up Costs, Forecasting, Traditional Financing, Personnel, and much more.
